Anime entertainment is a big deal in the country of Japan. Outside of Japan, when people talk about Anime, the first thing they associate it with is Japan, and think there are certain techniques they use to distinguish Anime from other types of animations, but the Japanese consider Anime to be any kind of animation, not just defined by certain techniques. Anime is so big that it has over 430 production studios. As of today the highest grossing Anime film in Japan is called Spirited Away, which was released in 2001, and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It grossed around 30 Billion Yen ($283,410,000.00 USD) at the box office. This film has won an Academy Award, and an Award from the Berlin International Film Festival.

If you love Japanese Anime and feel you need to get away from the world around you, then travel to Japan. Get close to what you enjoy and love so dearly. Get the Anime experience of a lifetime. Most importantly, while you’re there, make sure you make reservations to the Tokyo Anime Center in DNP Plaza if required. By going, you can get even more cultured, and be around other fans of the art, so you’ll have people that you relate to if you’re a die hard fan of Japanese Anime.

Now that you know about the Tokyo Anime Center, I need to list some hotels that’s near it that you can stay at while you travel around Tokyo. I’ll list four hotels. I’ll give you two inexpensive hotels and two expensive hotels. Since I’m writing this during the Covid 19 pandemic, I guess maybe most are going to be inexpensive, right? I don’t know, let’s see.

I was not into Anime before I wrote this blog post, but after researching it a little bit, I’m interested in finding out more about it. I want to experience it, so what I’m going to do is download the Crunchyroll app to get a taste of Japanese culture and entertainment.
